Dozens Of Major U.S. Companies Back Gay Marriage In Court

On Thursday, companies such as Apple, Facebook, eBay and Intel will submit an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in the case of Hollingsworth v. Perry, arguing that laws banning same-sex marriage are unconstitutional.

An amicus brief can come from parties not involved with the case, but the information presented can be used in an effort to assist any of the parties in court.
