An African-American nurse in Flint, Michigan, is suing Hurley Medical Center for being reassigneed after a man scumbag requested that no blacks care for his child.

According to a complaint filed in January by Tonya Battle's attorney, it states that a man asked to speak to her supervisor and made the request.

He also flashed her a tattoo that resembled "a swastika of some kind
