Americans Are Eating Fewer Calories, But Why Are We Still Fat?



Two federal studies have found that Americans are eating less calories than a decade ago, but that's still not translating into lower obesity rates.

According to data collected by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 11.3% of daily calories came from fast food between 2007 to 2010.
